Where to Get Self Defense Classes for Free Online
There are some free self-defense courses on Udemy like this one. Others require you to enroll with small amounts of money (below $20).
You can learn self-defense from the comfort of your home, alone or with a family member or partner as your course buddy. You could learn alongside your mother or sisters and if possible include the males close to you just to get real hands-on experience on what it means to defend yourself against a male attacker.
You can get these classes on Udemy. They have many great options you can choose from like Jiu-jitsu, Krav Maga, Wing Chin, Kickboxing, Kung fu, Mauy Tai, and Karate.
