The EndSars Protests Turn Bloody: Nigeria In Tears

The EndSars Protests Turn Deadly 

The Endsars protests have taken a deadly U-turn. Less than an hour ago, soldiers of the Nigerian Army began shooting at peaceful protesters at Lekki Toll gate. More than 10 people are feared dead. Other protesters are struggling to keep the injured ones alive by removing bullets and giving CPR. They have also called for ambulances but are yet to get any help because these ambulances are allegedly being blocked from reaching them.

The protesters are also trapped between two major fires and the bullets of the Nigerian army. Nigerians are crying out to international bodies such as the United Nations for help. They are yet to get favorable replies.

Today, on October 20th 2020, Governor Sanwo-Olu allowed the massacre of Nierian youths. A genoicide. Armed men went and removed all the cameras and drones, waited till midnight and started shooting innocent civilians under the guise of an unaccepted lockdown. 

Even as some youths were using their individual phones to video the incident, these same men came in groups to pack the dead bodies like sardines. HUMAN BEINGS.  Tonight, October 20th, is and will forever remain, a bloody, sad and terrible night for Nigerians.

#buhariisamurderer is currently trending on twitter. As it is presently, they’ve turned off the network transformer at the toll gate so no one can go on social media to say what is happening.

Nigeria is in pain

Nigerian news channels continue to be silent on the issue. Officer Commander Ifom Amata is allegedly responsible for the Lekki massacre. Some of the injured have died due to lack of medical attention. Their bodies are yet to be evacuated. Protesters phones are being taken forcefully from them.
