Meghan Markle: An Extraordinary Woman at 39
Yesterday was the birthday of our modern-day Cinderella❤️❤️❤️. If you haven’t heard of Meghan Markle by now, that means you are highly anti-social and maybe even primitive. 😜
The woman most young girls aspire to be like and most women wish their daughter was, that is Meghan Markle.
For the cave-living people, Meghan Markle is a real-life princess. But before you say, “Is this the first time I’ve seen or heard of a princess?” allow me to tell you, and take you on a journey, of why Meghan Markle is our real life, beloved and most adored princess.

Meghan was born to Thomas Markle and Doria Ragland. The 39 years old mother of a cute baby, Archie, was even cuter as a child. Meghan has always shown a talent for acting. Born and brought up in the beautiful city of Los Angeles, California, Meghan began playing small roles in television series and films. Although her parents divorced when she was six, Meghan did not allow this to deter her from chasing her dream.
She described her heritage in a 2015 essay for Elle magazine: “My dad is Caucasian and my mom is African American. I’m half black and half white… While my mixed heritage may have created a grey area surrounding my self-identification, keeping me with a foot on both sides of the fence, I have come to embrace that. To say who I am, to share where I’m from, to voice my pride in being a strong, confident mixed-race woman.”
Meghan Markle was raised as a protestant. She worked as a freelance calligrapher and taught bookbinding to support herself between acting jobs. Her first on-screen appearance was a small role as a nurse in an episode of the daytime soap opera General Hospital.

Yes, Hurray!!! Meghan Markle turned 39 on the 4th of August. This duchess celebrated her birthday in Los Angeles with a royal flair and elegance. Well, what did you expect? The Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth made it even more special by sending her granddaughter-in-law a cute and short happy birthday text message. Not just the queen, but Meghan’s royal in-laws as well joined in the well-wishing.
As said earlier by dailymail, “The Queen selected a photo of she and Meghan smiling together in Cheshire in 2018, while Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall chose one of the Duchess on her royal tour to New Zealand in the autumn of 2018. Kate and William shared a solo image of Meghan crouching down to speak to a British schoolgirl.”
With lovely birthday messages coming from the royal family, the world is not silent either. Twitter, Instagram, and fans worldwide have taken it upon themselves to make the #HappyBirthdayMeghan trend. From the young child to the elderly women, all have joined in celebrating our highly adored princess.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry

The most famous and most envied couple in Europe, probably in the world, that is Meghan and Harry. From their whirlwind meeting to their unpredictable romance story, these two took the world by storm. The two love birds met in July 2016 and from there, a beautiful love story was born. On 27 November 2017, Clarence House announced that Prince Harry would marry Markle in the spring of 2018. They got married on 18th May 2018. The, now duke and duchess of Sussex, are happily married with a baby boy, Archie Mountbatten-Windsor, who is seventh in line for the throne. They even took a step back from royalty priviledges. It’s all here.
The reason why this story is quite peculiar though is, despite Meghan Markle being in a previous marriage, and being an American, Prince Harry still married her. Before you start the “we’re in the 21st century” thing and say Harry can marry whoever he deems fit to marry, first consider that he’s royalty. If you’re conversant with British history and royal laws and decrees, you will know that this act of Prince Harry is a no-no in the British royal household. Little wonder why on the day of the wedding and the days leading to it, the whole world was so fixated on their news, probably expecting Queen Elizabeth to show her displeasure and disapproval of the whole thing somehow, lol.

According to daily mail, “A bakery championed by the Duchess of Sussex has shared an unseen throwback snap of the royal princess donning an apron during a visit to its kitchen as it launches a bake along and raffle to mark her birthday. The Duchess of Sussex, 39, made several visits to the Luminary Bakery while living in the UK, and promoted their work in her September issue of Vogue last year.”
The picture that was shared by the bakery, shows the Duchess of Sussex smiling while taking an apron to wear at the Luminary’s bakery last year. The Luminary bakery has confirmed that they are partnering with Camfed to mark Meghan Markle’s birthday.

Personal Review
With these few points of mine, I hope I’ve been able to convince you, and not confuse you, why you should stalk our favorite princess on social media, lol. Princess Meghan is as kind as she is beautiful. She’s a proud feminist, supports the black lives matter campaign, and also a good wife and daughter-in-law. Since the day of her wedding, two years ago, no issue or drama can be found between her and her in-laws. She even gave up her acting career after her marriage. If that is not a role model woman, I don’t know what is.
A feminist, deciding to give up on her own life, just to be with her husband, now that is unheard of. But don’t get it twisted, Meghan is still very much creating waves in her matrimonial home. Honestly, I feel she is even happier now, ever radiating with love and full of smiles. You can’t just help but love her.
