Although saggy breasts are less attractive than their perky counterparts, breasts sagging is a completely natural process that almost every woman will face. Breasts are made of delicate skin and tissues which expand and then droop. So long as your breast is bigger than a grapefruit you will find that they tend to sag with each passing year. The media with its fake ideal female image has promoted the “perky breast syndrome” that has left a lot of women with low self-esteem.

The lure to resort to surgeries to correct or fix saggy boobs is great but we must remember that these surgical procedures come with a whole lot of side effects.
Treating sagging breasts naturally, although a slow process, is the best choice. The natural remedy should be used with exercises like push-ups and lifting of light weights for better results. Also, a healthy diet and drinking lots of water contribute to all-round wellness.
There are two major proteins that help skin repair and combat aging are collagen and elastin. These proteins get depleted when we go about our daily life and when we indulge ourselves in this like smoking and excessive sunbathing. When the breasts are deprived of these very important nutrients, they begin to sag.
Here is a list of various fruits and herbs that encourage the body to produce elastin and collagen and therefore prevent sagging breasts.
