Who is Igho “Tiny” Ubiriho?
Igho Ubiriho (Igho Tiny Ubiriho) was a 43 year old British Nigerian business man and social media influencer who recently started trending globally after the cause of his death was made known to the world. Igho “Tiny” Ubiriho popularly known online as Donis or Ego was widely recognized as a charismatic, high-energy, and lovely romantic personality.
People around him described and remembered him as a man of immense presence. Igho Ubiriho had also often shared gratitude for his wife, Danielle Simba Allen; he described her as his anchor and endless joy. His social media presence was mostly filled with aesthetic, curated, glamorous vacation trips, and he was a true Social Media Lifestyle Creator. He had over 185,000 Instagram followers, a 1.1 million dollar home in Los Angeles Crenshaw district, and a 600, 000 dollar apartment in London.
He had maintained a close personal connection with Nigeria’s top stars, Chief Obi Cubana and Afrobeats icon, Davido, who also spoke at his funeral. But how did such a person die?
How Did Igho “Tiny” Ubiriho Die?
Igho Ubiriho passed away in Bangkok Thailand after undergoing an elective cosmetic penile enhancement procedure involving hyaluronic acid fillers.
The 43-year-old British-Nigerian had 40 millilitres of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injected into his penis to give it a larger build, the procedure happened at a Thai clinic in March. Subsequently, Igho Ubiriho had the procedure done for the 5th time after having 4 sessions over the course of two years.
Apparently, the results are not long-lasting, and after a while it goes back to the original size hence the repeated procedures. Igho Ubiriho and his daughter, Danielle were in Bangkok together getting a massage done and after the massage they tried waking him up, that was when they realised he had fainted, they rushed him to the hospital but he was declared dead, with severe blood build-up in his lungs.

A UK postmortem then found out that cellular materials in his lungs matched that of the hyaluronic acid used in the injection during the penis enhancement procedure. Coroner Jean Haskin ruled that Igho Ubiriho died from a pulmonary embolism caused by the cosmetic procedure.
Danielle Simba Allen Igho Wife later organised his burial ceremony on May 29 2026, in Kensington, London. The burial was held nearly 3 months after his death on March 16 2026. The details of his death and burial surfaced globally in September 2026 after the coroner’s report came to light.
